At the age of 17, Jonas (Peter Bulkowski) discovers that his biological mother started a new family long ago. He decides to confront her. In order to gain access to her life, he starts talking to his half-sister Jana (Aurelia Selene Schäfer) through the internet. Before you know it Jonas finds himself sneaking through the living room of the woman that gave birth to him only to discover that his existence is a carefully kept secret. Charlotte (Jenny Schily) relentlessly tries to get rid of him but must face a son that is more like her than she expected him to be.
